Fast and friendly service. Precision Auto had immediate availability and quickly diagnosed my vehicles problem, then was able to make the repairs by end of day. Will return as needed, its good to speak with the same person throughout the process and be in good hands.

Took my son's car there 6/13 even though he was obviously busy, he managed to return it same day. He also notified us brake pads were worn, which we already knew, so we decided to take care of that as well. Pat found a solution to another smaller problem, that we asked about. That will save a significant amount of money. I learned about Precision through one of my in-laws. I wish I'd found them much sooner. Great to work with, honest and fair and great communication.

The team at Precision Auto is always helpful and honest. I choose to take my Lexus to their shop for all repairs. While there haven't been many, each time I leave knowing the job was done correctly.

You will spend the same changing your oil at home as you will with Pat and his team. Unlike many competitors, I have never found oil in my driveway after a change because of a loose cap or other careless mishaps that occur with other shops.

Most recently I had issues with tires that were NOT purchased at Precision. Dominic went out of his way to price alternatives and made an introduction to a manager at the store they were from to help resolve the issues.

I highly recommend this team, this shop and their services. While many places out there have forgotten what customer service means -- Precision Auto Repair reminds me every time I visit.

Fast service, fair prices, quality work. The owner ("Pat") is very nice + professional. They don't care about style (the place is ugly), but they care alot about substance (fixing it right the 1st time, not ripping you off, & gently telling you the truth -- good + bad). This is the kind of small/local/independent business you've been wanting to give your hard-earned $ to. If you've desperately wanted an antidote to Dobbs/Firestone/NTB/etc., Precision is it. If you just "judge a book by its cover", though, you'll miss out on saving $.

1: free maintenance with a new car
2: needed tires, and he doesn't do tires (I did call to make sure though)

Called them when I got my finger on the wrong phone number. The price they quoted me was much better than the place I thought I actually called. They were very courteous on the phone. Please use this company. I wished I'd gone here instead.

Their prices are very competitive, but the main thing is that they fix it right just like they said they would. Great crew running the place. They are honest and fair with their work. They won't upsell you things and make you spend more than you have to. The pricing is also fair.

We own an auction business very close to here, so it makes it easy to drop our vehicles here for repair. I always fell well taken care of. I never get the feeling that I am getting taken advantage of.

I recently had my daughter's car towed there for a missing belt. the belt replacement only ran me $85. I was expecting more, it was a nice surprise.

I do wish they would fix the big lump in their parking lot, but maybe it is expensive to do.

I will always trust and rely on Pat and his team at Precision! They take good care of my autos & always so friendly & fast! Great communication, great location!

Went to two other shops to have emissions test done, with a toddler. They either didn't have anybody to do it or I sat at the desk for 10 minutes waiting to be help. Walked into precision and they got me right in and even had a play room for my son! Great first experience

Javier Corcino I am sorry about your experience with us. When you came in I told you it would be awhile to get to your car. I told you about two hours and your best bet would be to leave it with us and I could call you when I had it ready. I am not a corporate ran store, I am a small business owner. This has advantages and disadvantages. For one being a small business I can't take cars in as fast as some of the big guys but to be honest I rather take in what I can handle and make sure the proper amount of time is spent on every car, does that work all the time, no but in most cases it does and I am able to spend more time on individual cars unlike the big corporate places that just rush the cars in and out and that is when mistakes are made. Also one advantage I have is you can come in to my business and talk to me anytime including most Saturday mornings. A lot of places you go to have different managers running the front every time you go in. I do offer appointments for people who are in a time crunch and I didn't mention that because I really didn't think it was an issue due to you were going to drop it off but I apologize that wasn't done. I can only estimate time due to some vehicles may need more work once we get them looked at and with inspections we are made to spend 30 to 45 minutes per car and I had 3 inspections along with my employees lunch time. Please understand I can only estimate time and I apologize again that I didn't make that clear. I don't know if this makes any difference but your car was going to be in the shop next.

Great Service and Cheap Prices
You can't get an oil change anywhere as cheap as you can here. They will also get you right and back out in no time. You can't beat their prices on repairs as well. They are very skilled machanic's with a no BS policy.
I use them and trust them with all my cars and I drive 25 miles one way just to have them work on my cars.
Women never have a fear of being told you need something when you really don't just because you are a women, these guys are straight up and will only tell you need something if you really do.
I would recommend Pat and his crew to anyone.

I have NEVER been treated with such respect from each and every one of the technicians and management at Precision Auto Repair. They are very imformative and the 16.99 oil change is a price that CAN'T be beat!!! There are no hidden charges or motives with their repairs. IF you need something repaired - you REALLY do - but there is no pressure to get it done TODAY. I had some work that needed to be done and was not only given a list of order of importance but a checklist that I could take with me to review and research. I witnessed the manager help an elderly woman who was trying to put windshield wipers on her car on their lot and he treated her like his own mother. I have found my repair shop and will take all of my vehichles ONLY to this repair shop. Being a woman it's hard to feel secure with what you are being told, especially if you are like me and don't have a clue about cars! Go to this business!!! You will be treated fairly, with respect, and will I will recommend everyone I know to go there. Thank you Precision for making my repair experience a good one. They even have a playroom for kids to play in off the waiting room so my daughter had fun too!
